Privacy Policy

By booking a vacation rental with ABLE Florida Rentals (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking & Reservation Confirmation

To confirm a reservation, guests must submit a completed booking form along with a non-refundable deposit of $200 per week of stay.

• Reservations may be held for up to 7 days pending receipt of the booking form and deposit.

• The guest making the booking certifies they are authorized to do so on behalf of all occupants.

• The primary booking guest (“party leader”) must be at least 25 years of age.

2. Payment Terms

The remaining balance of the reservation must be paid no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Check / Money Order (payable to ABLE Florida Rentals)

• PayPal (a 3.5% processing fee applies to each transaction)

• Wire Transfer

  • $25 fee for domestic transfers

  • $50 fee for international transfers

Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of $300 per stay is required prior to arrival.

• The deposit will be returned after departure, provided there is:

  • No damage to the property

  • No excessive trash

  • No excessive cleaning required

Refunds are typically processed after post-departure inspection.

4. Optional Services & Add-Ons

Optional services must be requested and paid for prior to arrival. Availability may vary by property.

Available add-ons include, but are not limited to:

• Pool heating

• Welcome packs

• Baby equipment rentals

• BBQ rentals

• Vacation starter kits

• Special occasion packages

Prices and details are listed on our website or provided at the time of booking.

5. Occupancy & Guest Information

• Only the guests listed on the booking form are permitted to occupy the property.

• The total number of occupants must not exceed the maximum allowed for the property.

• Age information is required for guests under 18.

Unauthorized guests or parties may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

6. Property Use & Care

Guests agree to:

• Treat the property and its contents with care

• Leave the home in a reasonable condition at check-out

• Dispose of trash properly and follow community rules

Any damage, excessive cleaning, or violations may be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately.

7. Maintenance & Problem Reporting

If any issue arises during your stay, guests must immediately contact the property manager.

Failure to report issues promptly may result in ABLE Florida Rentals not accepting liability for claims submitted after departure.

8. Liability Disclaimer

ABLE Florida Rentals is not responsible for:

• Personal injury, illness, or loss of personal belongings

• Accidents occurring within the property or its amenities

• Events beyond our control, including weather, utility outages, or local disruptions

Guests assume all risks associated with the use of the rental property and its amenities.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the specific cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected during booking is used solely for reservation processing, communication, and service fulfillment. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

11. Agreement to Terms

By completing a booking with ABLE Florida Rentals, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all members of your party.
