Is there a cleaning fee for my stay?

Most cleaning fees range from $175–$225, depending on the size of the property and the amenities included.

Can the pool be heated during our stay?

Yes! Pool heat can be added for approximately $30–$35 per day, depending on the pool size.

We notice the “starting rates”—what does that mean?

Starting rates reflect the lowest seasonal prices for Orlando’s low tourism periods.

What are the different seasons?

Low Season:

  • November 1 through the day before Thanksgiving

  • The day after Black Friday through the day before Christmas

  • January 2 through the day before Easter

  • September

Mid Season:

  • The day after Easter through the end of June

  • October

High Season:

  • July and August

Holiday Season:

  • Thanksgiving week

  • Christmas week

  • New Year’s week

  • Easter long weekend

  • July 4th long weekend

Where are most rental homes located?

For the time being, our rental properties are located in the Davenport, Clermont, and Orlando areas—right in the heart of Central Florida just minutes from top attractions and near the most beautiful beaches in America.

Can I check in early or late? 

Absolutely!  We can offer an early check in or late check out by arrangement.  A small fee may apply. Please contact The Able Florida Rentals
