Is there a cleaning fee for my stay?
Most cleaning fees range from $175–$225, depending on the size of the property and the amenities included.


Can the pool be heated during our stay?
Yes! Pool heat can be added for approximately $30–$35 per day, depending on the pool size.
Please let us know in advance if you would prefer the pool to be heated.
We notice the “starting rates”—what does that mean?
Starting rates reflect the lowest seasonal prices for Orlando’s low tourism periods.

Where are most rental homes located?
For the time being, our rental properties are located in the Davenport, Clermont, and Orlando areas—right in the heart of Central Florida just minutes from top attractions and near the most beautiful beaches in America.
Can I check in early or late?
Absolutely! We can offer an early check in or late check out by arrangement. A small fee may apply. Please contact The ABLE Florida Rentals

What are some extras we can request?
We offer several add-on options, for example:
